I’m building Ordfruma.

It begins with a question: how much work can we entrust to agents without surrendering authority over what they do?

For the Dev OS, that question sets a concrete standard. Work should continue when the operator closes the Mac, goes to sleep or leaves. Agents should be able to implement, maintain, report and debug. But continuity alone is not enough. The difficult part is making every action attributable and auditable; routing many agents without turning the operator into their dispatcher; and ensuring the system cannot acquire authority merely because it acted.

That is the direction, not a claim that every part exists today. This site is where I will make my reasoning legible: what I build, what I reject, what failed, and which statements describe a future rather than the present.

Ordfruma may eventually carry the same underlying law into commerce, healthcare, logistics and payments. The surfaces will differ. The question stays: what makes delegation worthy of trust?

I’ll keep posts short where I can and long where I must. There are no comments here, on purpose. If you’d like to follow along, there is a feed.
